Tropical Reinvigoration
Published Thursday, July 26th 2018
There's something about a tropical island that reinvigorates you like no other experience.
What better vacation can there be for someone stuck in an office 50 weeks a year?
It's also a great way for families to become re-acquainted in a vibrant reality that stimulates all of your senses. This amazing real reality might even make kids leave their cell phones in backpacks.
Soaking up that solar energy and then cooling down in the aquamarine-clear sea feels like finding the Fountain of Youth for older folks like me.
In short, there's something for everybody.
Beach vacations at super all-inclusive Sandals Caribbean resorts or a la carte Pleasant Hawaiian Holidays give you the chance to settle into your favorite stretch of sand for a solid week.
You can build a first-name friendship with your local bartender or waitress, and get comfortable finding your way around the island.
You might even return to the exact same resort to repeat the experience next year.
There's certainly nothing wrong with that!
But cruises allow you to combine those great shoreline experiences with a floating resort that takes you to a variety of beaches.
You can bring your favorite bartender and restaurants along with you.
A big advantage is that if a storm cloud settles over one particular harbor, the ship will most likely find you sunny skies elsewhere.
At night, great entertainers from around the world perform on the various stages around the ship, and everything you need to enjoy a great vacation is available as you cruise between ports, even if you never step off the ship.
And I can help you find the cruise experience that best suits your personality.
So which will it be?
Extended stay or cruise?
If you've only tried one, I'd love to help you plan the other kind of trip. And if you think you know exactly what you want from experience, I can help you return to paradise or possibly tell you about a better option you hadn't considered.
"Better service leads to better trips!"
