Top Choice for a Fantastic Vacation?

What's the best way to assure you will have a fantastic vacation?

I recently completed CLIA's State of the Cruise Industry course, an annual requirement for membership, which provided the answer.

It won't surprising for cruisers.

Based on past guest satisfaction ratings, the answer is clear: cruising.

I was somewhat surprised to see that ocean cruises nudged out river cruises for the top spot.  In either case, cruises are fantastic ways to experience the world.

How do you get the most out of your vacation?

Using a travel agent increases past guest satisfaction considerably, making whatever vacation you choose more likely to be happy.

Why is that?
