Say Aloha to the Best Summer Ever
Published Saturday, January 21st 2023 - Updated Saturday, January 21st 2023I have a grade school friend who regularly shares how many days are left until summer.
While occasionally I will post something about it always being summer somewhere, like Australia at Christmas or Hawaii and French Polynesia just about any time, we all have been conditioned since childhood to think of summer as the time for vacations in the sun.
If you are one of those people whose seasonal rhythms demand beach vacations between May and September, Princess Cruises has good news for you.
In most years, their final Hawaiian Islands cruise departing roundtrip from Los Angeles end in April, but for 2023, you can cruise to your ideal summer destination in May, June, July and August aboard Emerald Princess!
This 16-night voyage visits Kauai, Oahu, Maui and Hilo, plus Ensenada, and you only have to unpack once. Keep in mind there is only one of these voyages per month, so don't miss your chance to book while good cabin locations are available.
At the end of September, a similar cruise aboard Crown Princess departs from Seattle, with Kona as the Big Island instead of Hilo and Victoria, B.C., substituting nicely for Ensenada.
And if you're a Celebrity fan --- I'm not talking about "The Spare" or the Kardashians, but the cruise line --- Celebrity Eclipse will take a 12-night voyage from Honolulu to Vancouver in May of 2023. It will kick-off with an overnight stay in Honolulu (Oahu) and also features an overnight stay on my personal favorite island, Maui.
All year-round, you can fly to Honolulu for Pride of America's 7-night concentrated all-Hawaii itinerary, or of course you can have a Pleasant Hawaiian Holiday resort stay.
We even have guided Hawaiian tours that include two to four islands.
If you've always dreamed of a summer vacation to Hawaii, why not make your dream a reality in 2023?
In fact, why not make it a reunion with friends who joined you at the beach on summer days when you were in high school and never would have believed this Hawaiian dream vacation could ever really come true?
