Married couple in excellent health with youthful outlook seeks gorgeous destination for fun, discovery, adventure and entertainment.

We enjoy long walks through historic sites with insightful, gregarious guides on daytime adventures or alternatively immersion in the epitomes of nature.

However, we also like stretching out on lounge chairs under sunny skies, breathing fresh sea air.  We will provide our own books and sun tan lotion.

Prefer warm blue water teeming with tropical fish, although bucolic wineries, delightful villages, magnificent cathedrals and ancient castles would easily compensate on inland voyages.

Gourmet food is a must, but choices should include burgers and fries or pizza by the pool should we so desire.

In the evening, we savor live music and dance in a festive atmosphere after fine dining.  

Prefer destination where personal connection with other like-minded individuals not cowed by sense of doom prevalent in media and recirculated by well-meaning friends and colleagues is likely.

Lack of pessimistic buzz-killers is a must.

Prefer transportation by ship between cities, but guided overland tours and safaris certainly could be of interest, depending on the itineraries.

Must make us feel as safe as being at home, and we have absolutely no fear of being at home.

All-inclusive resort stays in tropical vacations may apply.
