You're not alone.
Just as Greece invented democracy and many of the foundations of Western Civilization, Greece is taking a bold step beyond current thinking by removing all Covid-19 restrictions for travelers effective May 1. You can read details from Travel & Leisure by clicking here.
Does this mean that our own government will let you fly there with similar freedoms? Not entirely, but a recent court ruling stripped away mask restrictions on domestic American flights.
You also don't need to wear masks onboard cruises, but you definitely need to have up-to-date vaccinations and pre-cruise testing, which admittedly still causes a great deal of consternation for cruisers as embarkation dates approach.
As I've often said, just do the best you can to comply, and you should be fine.
Greece is one of the very best island-hopping vacations and should be atop anyone's bucket list, but if you prefer, we also have wonderful packaged-land trips, which sometimes include cruises or ferries between isles.
