Writing these newsletters often feels like a waste of time.

My theory is that the only time anyone happens to notice any kind of ad --- though I like to think you see me as a friend keeping in touch --- is when they happen to be looking for that exact thing.

If I say that you should book a great Princess cruise with your family while kids sail free (which you can!), that only interest you if you have been thinking about going on vacation and more specifically if you have kids still living at home,

Let me just clarify that if you have a family or don't have a family and want to take advantage of great deals, then like the kid talking to Bruce Willis in "Sixth Sense," I see them all the time.....not dead people, but great deals on cruises, whether with free or reduced fares for kids, last minute escape for couples or reduced single supplements for solos.

As such, perhaps it is silly to repeat something I just sent out last week, but having come from an Ama Waterways seminar about highlights of their amazing river cruises, I thought I should repeat that incredible deal: Free Air on 2022 river cruises!

Why?

First, because my Danube cruise with Ama Waterways is one of my favorite vacations ever, and I know you will love every aspect of the voyage.

Second, often specials have lots of exclusions and fine print, including not mentioning that the free air might be from New York or Miami but not from Los Angeles.  This free air applies to all major US and Canadian gateways.  And it is for all Europe and Mekong river cruises, bar none.  All are awesome.

Something I didn't mention last time is $20 per person deposit.  Frankly, if you are leaving in August, that's not significant, because final payment will be due immediately, but if you have always wanted to go on a Christmas markets cruise through the heart of Europe, this gives you the chance to lock that dream for a month or more for about the cost of going to the movies.  Of course, you still need to save for final payment, so you might want to skip the popcorn and Coke.  Instead of burning high-priced gas kicking around on a piece of ground in your hometown, save for your trip by staying home to read up on the ports you'll be visiting, or perhaps a novel where the protagonists visit that part of the world.

Don't wait.  2022 may well be the best year of the rest of your life!

Wes
