Did you know that one-fourth of all candy sold annually is for Halloween?

Based on the amount of candy I would gather over the course of Trick or Treating as a boy, that sounds about right.

I would still have candy left over months later, with Mom eventually tossing out a half bag of less desireable treats sometime between Valentine's Day and Easter.

Julie and I stocked up on Hershey's brands to hand out to neighborhood kids, so we'll be playing forward handing out treats not destined to be the dregs of the Halloween haul.

It will be the first time all year that I will be happy to see kids wearing masks.

You might be tempted to make the most of your mask to collect some free chocolate with an easy turn of the phrase, "Trick or Treat."

Why settle for some candy taken under a false pretense of being a tall child when you can have it all?

The world is open for travel, and cruise lines have some sweet deals, some of which include sumptuous amenities like specialty dining and unlimited beverage packages.  Contact Wes@CruisePlanners1.com or call 310-546-9618 to find the treats that match your desires.

If sweets are your thing, you will find plenty of tempting treats on every cruise ship in the world.  Strawberry Cheese Cake, Tiramisu or Death by Chocolate will tempt you nightly as the final course in your gourmet meal, assuming you weren't sated by fresh-baked cookies at tea time.

Book a cruise through me between now and Halloween, and I will send you a box of candy as a thank you gift when you return home.  Just say the magic words: "Trick or treat!"

Yes, you truly can have it all!
